PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATOR W1 upto £25,000
Top Music Co seek experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to join their busy and dynamic HR team.
You will be responsible for payroll administration on a monthly and annual basis, collating essential HR data for payroll, liaising with the payroll provider and
Finance Manager to secure authorization and meet payroll deadlines.
You will be responsible for checking P60's, P45's and that they are legally compliant, checking monthly payroll reports and pay-slip previews as well as working closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to manage all benefits administration.
Assist with auto-enrolment for all new employees, payment of pension contributions, maintain accurate and up to date HR records, issue offer letters and contracts, referencing, data management and filing as well as attend employee relations meetings to take notes.
Proven Payroll experience essential to apply with HR administration support. Cascade hugely advantageous
