An environmental consultancy based in London Bridge is looking for a Team Assistant to support the UK & Ireland team. This is a 3 month contract/temporary assignment.
Key duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Produce documents, presentations and spread sheets;
- Maintain databases and information relevant to the UK & Ireland team
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, prepare agendas and draft minutes as required;
- Research and collect data from given sources and update as necessary.
Key Experience
- Experience in a team assistant position is desirable;
- Proven ability to work with a variety of professionals and staff at all levels in complex stakeholder environments;
- Familiar with producing PowerPoint slides, reports and spread sheets;
Key Skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, as minimum);
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Flexibility and a capacity to prioritize with changing external demands; ;
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
