HR Manager

HR Manager London Up to £50,000

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with one of our Clients based in Central London for a HR Manager.

Working within an established company, they are looking for a confident HR Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all HR Processes are effective and up to date
* Oversee all disciplinary, actions and grievance appeal cases
* Providing HR and employment law advice (both verbal and written)
* General advice on practical implementation of policies and procedures
* Identify and advise on all areas of concern relating to HR issues.
* Managing HR advisors and ensuring they are advising and supporting managers when required
* Advising on any tribunal cases and negotiate settlements
* keep up to date with legislation such as TUPE and Redundancy regulations, implement HR legislation and coach managers

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years HR management experience and be CIPD qualified.
