Superstar Medical PA required for Harley Street Surgeon

4 MONTH CONTRACT / PERMANENT  –     £ 30 – £ 36k.  -  MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!!

This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a charming surgeon who has recently opened up a new Practice on Harley Street and is now looking for a highly experience P.A. to support him.    The Surgeon is highly respected in his field and his work is cutting edge.

He is now looking for a highly confident, reliable, experienced, warm, personable and organised P.A. who can think on their feet and work in a fast paced working environment to help him run and build up his practice.   There is a lot of autonomy as he travels extensively and there is huge amount of scope for the right person.

The role will see you manage the practice on a day to day basis, you will be the first point of contact for all queries, implement systems, provide extensive secretarial / administrative support (often with little direction) in a proactive manner.   In addition to this, you will manage the Surgeons diary, organise meetings, appointments and events, oversee some of the invoices, accounts and chase outstanding debts and maintain the database.

This is a hugely varied role and ideally the successful candidate will have previous medical experience working in a P.A. role.
