This role requires an experienced administrative assistant to support the EMEA legal team, consisting of 6 lawyers and a trainee, over various locations.

Client Details

Technology company based in Windsor.

Description

In this role you will be involved in the following:

  • Contract management - proof reading documents, obtaining signature, filing and recording of agreements, presenting bi-weekly and various monthly reports and quarterly summaries.
  • Working with counterparts in the New York office to assist with the implementation of a new document management system, the upkeep of the system and provide support to the legal team when using the system.
  • Obtaining invoices from outside legal counsel on a monthly basis. Liaising with the Finance team to assist with payment and providing accrued costs to the finance team on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting with meeting bookings and arranging of calls.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Filing of expenses for the legal team.
  • Dealing with general ad hoc queries relating to insurance, property leases, licenses, archiving.

Profile

A candidate who is self-motivated and confident at working on projects alone, but is equally a team player who can easily build and maintain good working relationships within the UK office and other territories. The ideal candidate will be well organised, and able to effectively plan out their working week keeping in mind forthcoming deadlines alongside undertaking the usual administrative matters and will be up to the challenge of assisting with a wide variety of business queries and ad hoc requests.

Job Offer
