Do you possess excellent listening skills and be a self motivated problem solver? My client is launching a brand new start up trading firm and is looking to hire an exceptional Office Manager who can take on a host of other aspects of the role. The position will require someone who strives to be the best at all that they do and MUST be highly numerate and good at maths, be a great listener and take ownership of the administration function for a start up. This means thinking of ways to make the office run smoothly. You must take pride in your appearance, be professional at all times and be great at communicating. 

You will be providing PA support to a busy team of 5 traders who will travel extensively, manage diaries, book meetings, processing expenses.

Assisting in the book keeping , company records, budgeting and  dealing with accountants. 

Compliance and admin for trades and portfolios you must have a high attention to detail and good with numbers. Being highly accurate by nature is needed. 

As the company is a start up the role has potential to grow and really evolve into a operational position within the business. Experience in a brokerage, Hedge Fund or working with traders/ commodities brokers  could be useful but not essential. As well as speaking Spanish or Portuguese.  You must be hard working, have a good sense of humor work  and want to work in a growing firm, be able to implement procedures and structure in the office. 

This is a very interesting position for as bright, focused and entrepreneurial person.
