Experienced HR Manager with full CIPD Qualification needed for exciting opening in fast growing tech business. Based in a creative, open plan office this is a new position and as such has huge potential for you to really make your mark. The ideal candidate will be bright, confident and engaging with strong experience in a similar HR Manager position. A fast growing and exciting working environment, this will be a busy position and one which is truly integral to the smooth running and successful expansion of the business.
Policy
- Continuously review, contracts, HR Policies and the Staff Handbook and suggest amendments as necessary
- Ensure legislative changes that may affect existing policies are identified and reflected in the policies
- Business Partner all members of the Senior Management Team and provide advice on HR policies, employment law and employee engagement, ensuring their understanding and compliance
Training & Development
- Assist line managers to source, coordinate and evaluate appropriate training and development needs
- Ensure training records are kept up to date, analyse feedback and suggest improvements as necessary
- Understand and ensure compliance around mandatory training for the business
Employee Relations & Benefit Review
- Assist line managers in managing, sometimes complex, ER cases (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, capability, absence etc.)
- Ensure that relevant legal updates are communicated to Managers.
- Have an understanding of and maintain legal processes across multi-site and remote team working locations
- Review the current suite of benefits and make suggestions which will enhance the ability to attract and retain top talent across the organisation
