Amazing new Reception role on working for a luxury company. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Receptionist looking to take on more responsibility and have Office Management duties. 

We are looking for a Receptionist who is polished, well spoken and bubbly individual to join this high-end company. 

Receptionist and Office Manager duties include: 

  • Meeting and greeting all clients - providing excellent customer service at all times 
  • Looking after clients and providing refreshments for them 
  • Answering the switchboard and directing calls or taking messages as required 
  • Extensive diary management for booking of meeting rooms - Outlook experience is essential
  • Ensure the office is well presented at all times, clearing up meeting rooms, ensure communal areas are tidy 
  • Answering and responding to any email enquiries 
  • Ordering stationery for the office and maintaining the stationery cupboard
  • Ordering refreshments for the office
  • Arranging couriers, receiving deliveries, dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking of travel and accommodation as and when required for the office; taxis, trains, flights and hotel accommodation
  • General administration assistance for the office – photocopying, binding, scanning of documents and word processing 
  • Office management and maintenance duties including but not limited to arranging regular cleaning, on-site repairs, pest control, recycling, ordering supplies, etc.
  • In charge of all first aid - keep an up-to-date list of first aiders, book courses, provide information and monitor supplies of first aid kits and order accordingly and ensure information is displayed.
  • Be first point of contact for the H&S for the office; risk assessments, work station assessments, fire drills, fire marshal training, electrical testing and reviewing and updating health & safety policies.
  • Organising/Assisting with staff events and order supplies as required
  • Process credit card statement reconciliation each month.
