Project Manager

This is a truly unique opportunity for someone keen to pursue a Project Management style role. This is a newly created position, working in the Global Operations Team based in London. This role is a 1 year fixed term contract.

Our client is looking for someone with previous project management experience; ideally gained within the financial services industry that is not a prerequisite. The project is in relation to Data Protection ahead of new regulatory changes that come into effect next year.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects, the ability to influence people and to be able to work closely with different business units and departments. It will be your responsibility to keep the project moving forward by managing people, teams etc.

Excellent interpersonal and people skills are essential.  

It would be hugely beneficial if candidates have also worked with clients or managed client relationships.

Suitable candidates for this role will have a strong attention to detail and have experience in planning and managing long-term projects. Previous project management experience would be desirable and finance/banking experience is essential.
