A global media business requires a strong Sales Administrator to support the smooth running of the corporate finance team. The role includes acting as a point of contact for many departments, therefore the post holder will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.

  • Responsible for processing the invoice and statement cycles
  • Monitoring and reviewing all deals for possible invoice deadlines and compliance, along with interfacing deals with appropriate software
  • Supporting and liasing with other departments regarding CRM system queries and any other relevant technical troubleshooting
  • Initiate and update internal databases
  • Hone and nurture relationships with relevant sales individuals

A clear understanding of corporate/business policies is key within this role, as well as experience with sales workflow. Someone with initiative who can enhance systems already in place, possibly with experience within the media industry.

Skills:

  • Must be highly numerate educated to 'A' Level (or equivalent) standard (GCSE's A-C English and Maths)
  • Proficient with Office suites; SAP or similar programme experience is desirable
  • Clear communicator with an excellent customer service manner
  • Independent multi tasker with meticulous attention to detail
