What sets us apart from our competitors is that we specialise in working within the alternative investment sector and place candidates into their operational support roles, such as PAs, Office Management, Reception, Team Assistant. We are a close-knit team of 10, working on both permanent and temporary roles. Our offices are stunning and based in swanky Mayfair, behind the Gagosian gallery. Unlike other agencies we do not ‘own’ a candidate, instead we work collaboratively to find the best job for them, which ultimately means our candidates and clients’ needs are met and are central to everything we do.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?

• Proactively utilising job boards and social media to find high calibre candidates
• Responding to direct applications
• Writing job adverts
• Confidently calling prospective candidates, ensuring you can identify top talent
• Manage all social media accounts; regularly posting varied content on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to increase our candidate pool
• Booking in successful candidates to meet with our consultants for the formal interview

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?

• Someone who is tenacious and not afraid to cold call prospective candidates
• Dedicated to finding the best candidate for the role
• Someone who is personable and can fit into our team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow the processes
• Previous experience as a Researcher would be advantageous but not essential
• Great work ethic
