Finance EA, graduate, experience of supporting senior directors?, £38/40K, Mayfair

Seeking a PA/EA that has experience of working within finance/financial services. A great opportunity to work within a busy and vibrant office located in Mayfair. Supporting the Executive Team, this is mainly a 1:3 role with a 70% focus on the CEO. A busy and diverse role combining tradition support, diaries, coordinating international travel etc. alongside some OM support, helping with recruitment, typing up and proof reading documents, preparing presentations and just generally helping where needed, so a team player attitude.

The ideal candidate will have supported an senior management level and perhaps looking to officially take on a board level role. They will also have worked within financial services, have strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PP, have superb multi tasking skills, bright on the ball and personable. Strong communication skills are essential, articulate and grammatically correct. As representing the board in their absence, polished presentation is also essential.
