Wonderful opportunity to get really involved when you join this fantastic FTSE 100 Company based in smart offices in the West End.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to all employees, managers and the HR team. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Addressing HR queries
- Managing new joiners
- Administering talent and recruitment activities
- Management of the HR database
- Administering HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
- General admin duties and ad hoc HR projects
The ideal person will be professional and articulate, a team player, with good organisational and time management skills and strong attention to detail. You will probably be of A level or graduate calibre or equivalent. Previous HR administrative experience is essential, ideally within a fast paced and demanding environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong desire to learn and develop within a successful organisation.
