PA to CEO for Private Equity Organisation

We have a fantastic opportunity for a first class candidate to join an top private equity company based in the heart of Mayfair. This role is for a top top PA who has supported to CEO level, able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles. You will be supporting a senior individual and their team in all areas of administration including diary management, international travel, expenses, presentation preparation and more. As with all roles within this organisation, you will need to be professional, ahead of the game at all times as well as have an incredible attention to detail and a positive attitude. An education to degree level and previous experience working within the financial services sector is mandatory. You will be personable yet professional, be able to hold your own under pressure and be able to demonstrate pro-activity and the ability to prioritise in your previous roles. This is a role available immediately so we are only looking at candidates who don’t have a current notice period.
