Temporary Executive Assistant

Short term temp EA role based in West End


Hays are recruiting on behalf of a large consultancy based in the heart of London's West End (Bond Street) for a temporary EA within the HR department. This is a 1 week job starting next week.

The main purpose of this role is to provide support to a busy HR department, covering holiday. Your workload will be varied and you will be expected to be hands on and be happy to help out however necessary. Day to day duties will include diary and travel management, putting together presentations, taking minutes at meetings and processing expenses.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly experienced EA who has recent experience supporting at board level. You must be immediately available to start work, be eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide 2 years worth of ex-employer references.
