Our client is a leading listed Asset Management Firm based in the City and are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a team of 10 investment professionals, including senior Management. This EA role is a full and demanding one and candidates should be comfortable communicating with C-level executives both inside and outside the company, have a polished, calm and professional demeanour, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Extensive calendar management, coordinating itineraries and meetings
- Coordinating itineraries, conferences, meetings Complex local and international travel
- Formatting, sometimes development of documents requiring strong Microsoft skills including Word and PowerPoint
- Extensive telephone liaison
- General secretarial duties including completing expense reports, distributing daily post, updating contacts
- Ad hoc duties as required by the team
- Printing and binding of materials such as business plans, due diligence reports and board reports
- Providing ad-hoc support to teams across the business in the absence of other EAs
Candidates much have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience supporting Senior Management and their teams and possess advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint. Relevant experience within banking, financial services or commercial industry is desired - ideally you have worked in Private Equity, Investment Banking or Asset Management.
