Our client, a long established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support 3 Partners and a team of Managers on a permanent basis.

Providing comprehensive support to the Partners & Managers, as well as wider secretarial team support on an ad hoc basis, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing diaries, typing letters, reports and correspondence from manuscript and digital dictation, as well as making travel arrangements and assisting with financial administration.

Other duties of the Personal Assistant will include acting as first point of contact for calls to the team, updating and maintaining the CRM system, preparing Excel statistic reports and undertaking Internet research, as well as ordering office supplies and tracking team leave and absence.

To secure this fantastic role, you will require a solid track record of providing Partners level Personal Assistant support within an Accountancy firm.
Strong MS Office skills, as well as digital dictation, are essential. Knowledge of iManage would be ideal, but is not required.
