Our Client is a rapidly growing audio transcription/court reporting company offering exceptional service quality at the forefront of everything they do. They are now seeking a full-time Client Liaison Officer to join the team suring this exciting time. 

 
THE ROLE:

The overall responsibility of the role is to ensure that the audio transcription services offered by the company are processed accurately, efficiently and expeditiously, including the production of daily transcripts, through liaison with clients, transcribers and the relevant courts.  These responsibilities will be achieved through continuous monitoring of the company’s processes.


KEY TASKS WITHIN THE ROLE:
  • To ensure that workflow is managed proactively to meet the company’s strict timeframes and agreed SLA's as well as the clients’ needs
  • To maintain quality control and ensure that transcripts conform to company formatting policy
  • Ensure that transcripts have been prepared in accordance with privacy/security requirements
  • To maintain continuity of workflow by documenting and communicating necessary actions to transcribers and other team members
  • To implement new technology and resources when introduced and to support innovation
  • Develop and build positive client relationships
  • Ensure transcripts conform to standards and formatting guidelines and that daily transcripts are compiled to present a seamless document
  • Take all necessary action to ensure that transcripts are provided to clients in accordance with their requested time constraints

THE PERSON
  • An excellent command of English language and grammar
  • Superior attention to detail is essential. The individual with be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of documents before they are submitted to the client
  • Previous experience of work within a legal environment or a law degree would be beneifically
  • A high stanard of education, ideally educated to degree level or A-Level standard. It is essential that applicants hold at least a B grade at GSCE English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of audio formats would be beneficial
  • Confident with multitasking and be able to use several applications at any time
  • Ability to multi-task, dealing with multiple cases over the telephone and/or via email simulataneously
  • Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
  • A good telephone manner, and able to be firm with clients when needed
  • Able to be both proactive and reactive in a fast-moving environment
