Team Assistant

One of London’s leading global financial services firms are looking for a research assistant within their technology team. This role is based in Canary Wharf, however the company has many offices around the world. They work closely to their values and strive to achieve a culture of learning and achievement, and the research department are crucial for the maintenance and development of the company.

 
You will thrive in a fast paced and varied environment whilst maintaining high levels of excellence. You will work alongside the current Executive Assistant and will provide administrative support to the wider team. Your exemplary attention to detail will contribute to your success in tasks ranging from updating databases to planning and booking International travel for the team. Your organisation skills will help you to support the team and your strong team spirit will encourage building relationships with your colleagues to ensure mutual support is provided.


Skills / Experience required:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience gained within a similar role within financial services
• Superior time management skills and the ability to multi task effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Advanced knowledge of all Office applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Concur and CRM is desirable
