A leading global Private equity firm is looking to hire an outstanding EA to join the Investor relations team this will be a role that will be suited for someone who is can organise investor relations roadshows on a large scale. Place Recruitment is looking really outstanding candidates to join this high performing Private Equity firm. You will have an ambitious nature, be organised, detail orientated, entrepreneurial, hard working, precise, a good team player and someone who doesn't want a stiff and formal work environment as this PE firm has a more relaxed approach. Therefore you must be a self starter and highly motivated. 

The position is supporting small but incredibly busy Investor Relations team. The position will include booking extensive global travel, managing busy diaries, prioritising meetings, preparing marketing material including presentations, CRM Management, administration and you must also be able to help the other assistants in the business when needed.

YOU MUST HAVE ORGANISED FROM ROADSHOWS IN THE PAST!

The ideal candidate with have had 3+ years within a support role in Investor relations, previous work experience within an investment firm, you must have supported a large and busy team previously and used a CRM database.
