Customer Service Advisor

As the Customer Service Advisor You Will Be:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to inform customers on the insurance products you offer and advising them about their motor insurance
• Providing first class customer service to every customer you speak with
• Handling the website chat, answering any questions and queries and advising in the best possible way
• Other ad hoc duties

As the Customer Service Advisor You Will Possess The Following Skills:

• High attention to detail
• Warm, friendly, personable
• Passionate about offering first class customer service
• Another language is a plus but not necessary
• Experience in customer service in an office environment is desirable
• Eager to build a career within customer service
