Our client, a rapidly growing name within the commercial property sector, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Assistant to join their successful Business Development team.
With a strong focus on client attraction and management, the Sales Support Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Client Relationship database, managing sales opportunities and tracker documentation, as well as supporting the Bid Coordinator with bid, tenders and PQQ requests.
Furthermore, the Sales Support Assistant will also ensure the 'Sales Action' process is implemented, manage the team's enquiries inbox, note take at meetings, and undertake research as required, as well as assisting with the development of the firm's intranet.
Other duties as required, in order to ensure the effective delivery of the company's Business Development plan, will also form part of your role.
To secure this fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive and supportive employer, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months' experience in a client management focused role, supporting a Business Development team. Professional Services experience would be preferred.
An interest in the property market is essential, as are excellent communication skills and a strong commercial awareness of the latest marketing trends and initiatives.
