Team Executive Assistant

Awesome opportunity to join top global Private Equity firm – you’ll be a team player who likes being surrounded by busy and driven people.  This Team Executive Assistant role will have you supporting in a top performing group, looking after the two Heads and their teams (lighter cover).  The structure of the firm is very flat – the Executive Assistants work closely together, to get the job done.

You will be passionate about supporting at senior level but also love bouncing off of a team.  You’ll be:

• The trusted phone gatekeeper
• The coordinator of all client/prospect meetings
• The manager of trips and events
• The organisational lynchpin for all administrative matters

Due to working closely with the small, friendly team of Executive Assistants, of absolute and key importance will be your attitude and work ethic – you will be driven, hungry to learn and, above all, a team player.

This is a role not to be missed! £35-40K, outstanding package and market-leading bonus.
