Job Purpose:

To deliver a first class office reception service to the Wembley Park team whilst carrying out administrative support services and diary management for the Operations Team as required. 

Key Accountabilities:

Providing a professional reception service to staff members and visitors arriving at the Wembley Park offices.

Responsibility for scheduling meeting rooms and organising the supply of refreshments where external guests are in attendance.

Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages where necessary for staff members.

Organising all incoming mail and ensuring mail is distributed to appropriate departments.

Effective management of ad hoc reception duties including ordering couriers, issuing security passes, ordering stationery and arranging parking when requested.

Fulfil the direct administration needs of members of the Wembley Park Operations Team as required, including drafting, editing and typing various types of correspondence, telephone calls and email handling and filing.

Assist the Office Manager in co-ordinating meetings, producing agendas and minutes, site visits, arranging hospitality and administration as necessary.

As and when required provide support and administrative cover within the company for both Wembley Park Limited and other group companies.
