Temp to Perm - Head Chef's PA for historic club, London

This is a varied & challenging role and a broad understanding of working within a kitchen brigade and good knowledge & love for all things food is a must!

Previous experience in a similar role or good understanding of hospitality and the catering business would be a distinct advantage, as well as knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety legislations.

Excellent oral & written communication skills are a prerequisite, together with the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines. Assertive and able to work alone but also be an excellent team player.

Initially a 3 month contract to start end of July for a week’s handover.
