IT Marketing Manager

A passionate market leader in technology, based in Enfield is seeking an IT Marketing Manager with 5+ years of marketing management experience to join their dynamic team. The right individual would ideally be from an IT software background, with a proven track record of devising strategies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across digital channels (including PPC, organic and paid social, and email marketing). The ideal candidate would be responsible for owning, developing and supervising the delivery of software marketing strategy.

 About the role:

• Devising strategies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across digital channels.
• Assess progress and make practical and innovative recommendations.
• Understanding data, consumers and relevant markets.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
• Deliver events collaboratively with an emphasis on quality.
• Lead market expansion.

 About you:

• 5 plus years of marketing management experience;
• You are experienced - • You think strategically - You keep your eyes open for game-changing information, searching beyond the current boundaries of the business and building relationships with external networks to help you scan the horizon for new opportunities.
•  You take a highly analytical approach - You seek patterns across multiple sources of data and question prevailing assumptions to form hypotheses.
• You are results focussed - We are looking for someone who drives towards return on investment and uses consumer insight to run profitable campaigns. You will own the marketing budget, and will be responsible for tracking and managing how it is spent, keeping it in line with target.
• You are a supportive leader - You proactively broaden the team's thinking, challenge assumptions to encourage individual and team performance. We are looking for someone to support the team in achieve challenging goals, as well as focussing on individual key strengths and guiding principles. Our ideal candidate must be able to delegate and give honest and constructive feedback.
• Your attention to detail is fantastic - With lots of conference campaigns running simultaneously, we need someone with superior organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and spoken English is also a must.
