The PA / Studio Manager’s role is to ensure smooth running of the office, team and design studio.  Will be working closely with the CEO and creative director of the brand and organize work diary. This is a young company but already very successful, with the brand stocked in numerous boutiques and department stores around the world.

Hours:                  9am – 6pm

Location:              London, Notting Hill

Salary:                  £21k - £25k+ dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support CEO / Creative Director with diary management, bookings and confirming appointments, travel arrangements, all bookings as well as expenses.    
  • Support Creative Director with their schedule and daily tasks.
  • Manage CEO Design budget (excluding PD development and sampling), expenses and invoices
  • Ensure studio is organized and fully stocked, from stationary to daily needs.
  • Manage process for all new hires, staff contracts and general studio and office management to include: IT, printers, and supplies.
  • Oversee booking and time management of all freelancers to include: PR, Marketing, Graphic Designers, interns, and others as required.
  • Support content preparation for seasonal collections to include: mood boards, collection notes and other as required. Gather and create collection asset file per season and share with correct contacts.
  • Organize external wholesale trade shows, showrooms and hotel suites for presentation of seasonal collections. This includes contracts, booking of catering, flowers, and taking care of the expenses sheet.
  • Organize and coordinate private events and trunk shows. This includes location sourcing, booking of catering, flowers, and taking care of the expenses sheet as well as guest list and reach out.
  • Organize photo shoots (look books/ reference books as well as product shots) - book locations, models, photographers and full team. Arrange catering, manage expense list. Manage the printing of look books and create assets file.
  • Liaise closely with PR team and requests, manage samples log.
  • Manage all publications and organize press book. Create press log.
  • Manage the gifting strategy and listing.
  • Ensure website content is updated regularly/ Liaise with person in charge of social media.
  • Gather invoices and create the payment log for the financial director, prepare all relevant paperwork.

Notes:

  • Office relation/ organize shipping and couriers.
  • Must be very organized and able to take on responsibility
  • Must be a good team player and coordinator
  • Must have a min of 2yrs industry experience
  • Should have an interest in fashion, or ideally be passionate about it
  • There will be some travel with the role, predominantly Paris
  • French will be beneficial but not essential
