A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a small residential/commercial property organisation based in North London.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated office administrator/PA with exceptional skills to join their time.

Duties:

  • Answering the main office telephone and responding to queries
  • General office support
  • Monitoring rents
  • Compiling and updating company property spreadsheets
  • Compiling and updating company bookkeeping spreadsheets
  • Being the first point of contact with tenants
  • Diary management, travel management and booking restaurants/entertainment

The successful candidate will be available 4 days per week ideally have property experience and knowledge and ideally confident with book keeping, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Experience within the property industry preferred but not essential
  • Smart, friendly, polite and professional
  • A good telephone and interpersonal manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator skills
  • Excellent organisation skills, including the ability to multi task and plan ahead using own initiative
  • Good level of general IT skills
  • Ideally bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to work
