This temporary Customer Services assignment is for a leading property / accommodation management company who rent out accommodation to students. It is based in WC1, and is a student-facing role, involving administration; checking students in and out; providing outstanding customer service; ensuring properties are clean, functional and well maintained as well as assisting with anything that needs to be done on-site.

This Customer Services assignment would suit an empathetic communicator with strong Mandarin and some French speaking skills who is available over the summer. You will have energy and a proactive, helpful nature and ideally some admin skills.

Starting immediately and continuing over the summer.

Hours: 8am - 4pm, 4pm - midnight, noon - 8pm on a rotating shift basis.

To succeed in this Customer Services role, it is important to have:

*Customer service skills / hotel experience
*Mandarin and some French language skills
*Computer literacy with MS Office skills
*Proactive and helpful nature
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
*Professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations
*High attention to detail
*Willingness to complete a summer long booking
