FINANCE MANAGER FOR PROPERTY INVESTMENT COMPANY
This successful and growing Property Investment company in Central London are looking for a Finance Manager. You will be reporting to the Board of Directors ensuring the smooth running of the accounts for the company. This will include all the necessary finance duties:
- Preparing end of month accounts
- VAT returns
- Financial reporting but will also include HR including putting together contracts for new staff and co-ordinating appraisals.
The successful candidate will be either part or fully qualified (ACCA) and happy to muck in. This is a small to mid-size company with 22 staff and they are growing. They are currently opening an office in the US so you will be involved in budgeting and cost analysing. Sage 200 is a must as they currently use this package. You will be working with a great team who work and play hard.
