Corporate Receptionist
Our client, one of the legal giants, currently has a new opening for a Corporate Receptionist to join this very busy team. The role is fast paced and you will need to hit the ground running and think on your feet.
You will work in a close knit team of about 12 as well as being part of the wider facilities team, therefore you will need to be a real team player. You will be used to handling demanding individuals and providing a five star service at all times with a smile on your face.
Duties will include meeting and greeting clients internally and externally and announcing their arrival. Checking that the meeting rooms are set up and cleared at all times. Liaising with departments such as hospitality and IT regarding meeting room requirements. Client floor reception area as well as helping to cover helpdesk from time to time. You will also be used to handling a large amount of meeting rooms as well as handling room booking systems.
You will cover a rota system which rotates weekly from 7.30am - 7.00pm - ie 7.30am - 4.00pm etc. etc.
You will have excellent communication skills, be a real problem solver and come up with solutions at the drop of a hat. You will take pride in your role as being part of a team which is the face of this global organisation providing a seamless service at all times.

Previous corporate experience within a large organisation as well as having client floor experience is absolute essential for this position.
