RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER/PA

Our client is seeking a highly professional and well-presented Receptionist to join their highly esteemed company based in The West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of this elite business with opportunity to grow this roll into your own.

The role will consist of but will not be limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, many of whom will be high profile.
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, and relaying them to various other staff members.
  • Being aware of what is occurring within the company and be able to assist others based upon this knowledge.
  • Accepting and organising incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Organising couriers and transport.
  • Organising the meeting room bookings and diary appointments. Arranging catering for said meetings.
  • Making sure all office equipment and the office space is maintained and monitored.
  • Taking control of relevant areas regarding the kitchen and reception.
  • Dealing with invoices.
  • Liaising with accountants to assist with monthly book keeping and budgeting.
  • Liaising with travel, phone, and IT companies as well as landlords for building services.

This is a very demanding job which will require the candidate to have impeccable customer service skills as well as being articulate and immaculately dressed. You must be able to use your initiative at all times and have brilliant time management skills.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role and environment. A university degree would be ideal with good admin and IT skills.
