Finance Assistant

The Company

A global media organisation specialising in branding, aimed at driving results for clients and yielding returns for publishers. This company works with an impressive client base and have offices all over the globe.

The Role

Finance Assistant responsibilities will include but not limited to,

• Process accounts and incoming payments
• Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and liaising with clients
• Weekly reporting detailing accounts status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work autonomously in a hands on environment.
• Previous accounts receivable/ finance support experience
• Prior experience working in a start-up creative environment.
• Bright, proactive and friendly attitude
• Basic understanding of French (A-Level) (Advantage but not essential)
