Receptionist – Cool FMCG Brand (Immediate start)

My client is a well-known, trendy FMCG Brand looking for a superstar Receptionist to join their lively London offices. You will be part of a sociable and buzzy culture, playing an integral part in the running of the office.

As Receptionist, you will manage the phones, including all incoming customer enquiries and taking messages for the team. You will manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers and taxis on behalf of the team. You will maintain immaculate standards of office presentation, and use your initiative to keep it a fun and effective work environment.

Prior experience within an office or hospitality environment is essential. You must have a great phone manner and impeccable customer service skills. This is a really varied Receptionist role so you must be a good multitasker. You must be confident, sociable and engaging, to reflect the company ethos to all visitors. Experience with SAP would be beneficial.
