Investor Relations/Roadshow Coordinator

My client, a Financial Services company located centrally near to Bank station are recruiting for an Investor Relations/ Roadshow Coordinator to join then on a fixed term contract with the potential to go perm.
The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of Roadshow and Event Management and to provide administration and logistical support to the Sales Team, working closely with the IR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
*Liaising with corporate clients, institutional clients, advisors and internal departments to deliver first class
roadshows and marketing events for the company
*Assist with all event and conference organisation
*Organise external and internal meetings
*Extensive diary management of multiple diaries
*Binding presentations
*Evaluate possible investor targets through peer group analysis
*Update and maintain the Investor Relations CRM
*Organise travel for clients and the Sales Team as required
*Produce investor profiles
*Field phone calls from the Team
*Prepare agendas and produce minutes for meetings
*Arrange catering for meetings
*Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly for meetings
*Ad-hoc project work as required

Skills required
*Proven Investor Relations / relationship management experience within financial services
*Proven roadshow/events experience
*Experience using FactSet (preferred)
*Highly organised
*Able to work to a high standard with tight deadlines
*Target driven, ambitious and client focused
*Strong attention to detail
*Proven understanding of institutional and corporate client types
* Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
