The Company
A creative start-up technology company based in the Central London, an award winning organisation that has seen rapid growth and impressive investor backing over the last few years. Friendly, supportive culture, recently moved to brand new offices.
The Role
EA role supporting the Global HR Director on a 1:1 basis on a nine month contract. This is a demanding, varied and fast paced role that requires someone with previous start up experience- responsibilities would include but not be limited to;
- Provide extensive and precise diary management including scheduling Director-level meetings, key external contacts, and internal 1:1 catch ups.
- Champion company culture - from organising weekly team lunches, away days , events
- Project management, taking on key responsibilities and acting with confidentiality and discretion
- Preparing detailed international travel itineraries, booking taxis, flights and hotels, making restaurant reservations.
- Act as the principal channel for communications between the directors and team. A true gatekeeper, being fully involved and able to answer to questions on their behalf.
Requirements
Must have previous EA experience at Director Level and have previously worked for a startup company. Strong organisational skills and able to perform well under pressure and to tight deadlines is key, along with a positive can-do attitude. You must naturally be a strong communicator, have a positive and humble personality and be willing to take on tasks with a resourceful and solutions driven mind set. A passion for startup businesses and the wider creative industries is essential, along with previous support within HR or Recruitment field. This role is very varied and not your typical EA role, it would suite someone who has experience taking the lead on projects and being a right hand person to their support.
