Our client is a leading corporate PR firm based in stunning offices in the Central London. They have a friendly and collegiate culture amongst the various teams what work with different client groups (for example Technology, Consumer etc). They are a social bunch who enjoy a drink every now and again.

They are currently looking for two team assistants to join different teams, in busy and varied roles. Both roles will involve classic team assistant duties including processing expenses, looking after diaries, and some travel. In addition you will help with preparing presentations and documentations as well as proposals.

There is scope in both roles to get more involved, for example in one of the roles you will be responsible for uploading results to the London Stock Exchange. You may get involved in social media as well, but they are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being an assistant and isn't just looking to get into PR.

Core hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm with flexibility either side.
