I am recruiting for a German speaking internal recruiter to join a global creative technology company for 6 months.

As Senior Recruiter, you will responsible for providing the highest level of sourcing and resourcing services within the hiring team for hiring for their Frankfurt offices. Successful candidates must demonstrate a history of direct sourcing and networking in order to develop a robust candidate pipeline of high quality professionals across all levels and domains for capital markets and commodities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate all communication with new and existing candidates for Frankfurt based positions.
  • Work in conjunction, coach and advise offshore sourcing colleagues and leverage their output to help achieve goals.
  • Coordinate and execute candidate and competitor research; including pre-screening candidates for active and projected roles
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Build robust pipelines and talent pools of candidates through direct research and resourcing tasks across all levels and business domains
  • Approach passive candidates; keeping them engaged
  • Advertise opportunities on various job boards and sites to promote the company brand and career opportunities
  • Conduct market mapping in both established and new markets.
  • Utilise gathered information to instruct the Recruiters and Hiring Managers around trends for market and competitor intelligence.
  • Provide administrative support to the hiring team to ensure all recruiting systems are regularly updated with relevant and detailed candidate information·

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in written and spoken German
  • Previous experience of both agency and/ or in-house resourcing or recruitment
  • On-site or agency experience of candidate administration management
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems and talent management systems
  • Thorough experience of delivering results against team targets
  • Motivated by excellent candidate care
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
