This is a fabulous opportunity to join a leading Media Advisory Services company, who help a variety of world class brands in the Sports, High End Fashion, Retail and FMCG sectors.
They are looking for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join their small-medium sized company within the fast-paced media industry.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of our Central London offices as well as providing first class PA support to the company Directors and assisting the wider team of media analysts and account managers as necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking for a varied, fast moving and challenging role, within a successful and growing company.
Primary duties will include:
* Classic PA duties for one of those Director's includes making restaurant bookings and some personal tasks such as returning faulty store items or helping out with family related administration
* Diary management for 2 company Directors including arranging board meetings, external client meetings, setting up conference calls and making reservations
* Booking travel for the Directors and wider team - including flights (EU & US) trains, hotels and transfers. This also includes arranging VISA/ESTA applications and currency and putting together travel itineraries
* Processing the Director's expenses, managing petty cash and the option to assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties as and when they arise
Secondary duties will include:
* Set-up/on-boarding of new starters on HR online system, including ordering computer equipment, liaising with the Tech team to organise computer setup and taking charge of H&S/HR inductions
* Managing holiday/sickness via the online HR system, keeping track of and scheduling all employee reviews and taking charge of all starter/leaver processes, including liaising with recruitment agencies.
* Organising staff events; including the annual Summer & Christmas events (ranging from white water rafting with a BBQ to smart London restaurant dinners) as well as any company-wide internal and external meetings
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of providing PA/Office Management support within similar service-driven, client-focussed environments. This is a growing business where flexibility and adaptability is key.
