One the UK’s leading Luxury Brands is now recruiting a Learning & Development and Training Administrator to work in their growing HR team.  The purpose of this role is to work closely with the HR Team and to implement, improve and administrate the Learning Management System.  You will also be charged with providing administrative support for People Development and Central Retail team, as well as assisting the Central Retail team in the development and production of retail training materials.

The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas -

·           Proven experience at executive level

·           Strong and efficient organizational skills

·           Excellent attention to detail

·           Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written

·           Ability/experience to pre-empt any challenges

·           High level of flexibility, energy and commitment

·           Proactive with ability to juggle many tasks

·           High level of discretion and confidentiality

·           Very strong skills and mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook

For this exciting L&D-focused role, you will have an extremely varied and challenging workload, which will span the Retail, Partnerships, Head Office and Leisure parts of the business, among others!!
