Team Assistant

The company: Global capital market/ asset management fund are seeking an Investor Relations Assistant to join their team on a four month contract. This organisation are highly regarded in their field as prestigious, high profile, successful.

The role: Four month contract supporting the Investor Relations team. This will include but is not limited to:

• Scheduling of meetings and diary management
• Organising roadshows and complex travel
• Liaising and meeting external clients
• Updating spreadsheets, receiving and recording client feedback
• Ad hock administration tasks as and when required

Your profile: Ideally you will have exposure to investor relations and come from a strong administrative background. Naturally you will come from a financial services background and be able to commence immediately.
