Personal Assistant/Property Administrator

City of London

£28,000 - £35,000

My client is Europe's largest independent loan servicer and manages all types of secured commercial loans and mortgages on behalf of lenders and investors and are connected with almost every major real estate lending institution active in Europe. They are looking for an Administrator to join the Real Estate Finance team to provide all aspects of business support. This is a new role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience of the commercial real estate lending market and develop the role on their own initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinate meetings and travel arrangements both internally and externally
  • Take ownership of business support tools for the team, using your own initiative to improve recording, processes and design new business support tools
  • Record work in progress and business development opportunities using Salesforce CRM software
  • Maintain internal databases and records
  • Provide support in the creation of presentations and documents including funding proposals for banks and lenders
  • Support production of marketing materials and manage/update social media sites when appropriate
  • Attend client meetings alongside senior professionals, when required
  • Perform all other administration duties or projects as assigned by management
  • Show initiative and use every opportunity to advance your technical and market knowledge in order to contribute more broadly and achieve career progression

The ideal candidate will have/will be:

  • Administrative experience is essential for this role
  • Real Estate Finance or an institutional background is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communicational skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High degree of commitment, flexibility with a willingness to help
  • Ability to work in a team based environment as well as independently
  • A good level of initiative and a desire to achieve career progress
  • Must commit to maintain strict confidence regarding all sensitive information
  • Able to interact personably, yet professionally with regulatory officials and staff of all levels as well as with senior executives both within and outside the company
