A leading global brand with an enviable position in their market is seeking a Receptionist to join the business in their stunning offices in the heart of the West End on a temporary basis.

This company is seeking a truly ambassadorial Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and consistently delighting everyone who arrives in their front of house.

As the face of the brand, this is a pivotal hire for the team and they are looking for an individual who is passionate about the smaller details and ensuring that their main London headquarters are immaculate at all times. You take great pleasure in ensuring that all visitors are greeted in an efficient and professional manner, answering switchboard in a timely and friendly manner, managing meeting rooms, facilitating video conferencing, supporting with overflow work from the PA team and more.

Supporting a team of successful personalities you appreciate the importance of calm surroundings to maximise their work output. You will be a natural multi-tasker with exceptional communication skills and a focus on supporting a successful team environment. Confident Microsoft Office skills will be required along with previous experience as a Receptionist within a corporate environment.

This is a temporary position with the view to becoming a permanent post. You will therefore be immediately available and seeking a long term role.
