Senior HR Advisor - 12 month FTC

An excellent opportunity to join a luxury brand based in Central London as a Senior HR Advisor to cover a maternity leave. This will be a 360 role with responsibilities including general recruitment, payroll, and more. 

The role: 

• Working closely with the HR Manager with recruiting across all vacancies - both retail and head office 
• Issuing offer letters and contracts to new starters as well as inductions
• General HR admin 
• Liaising with recruitment agencies 
• Payroll
• Writing job adverts and uploading them on relevant job boards
• Screening applicants 

The Candidate:

• You must have good generalist experience, including solid experience in the full recruitment cycle and in employee relations, ideally with a retail background  
• Excellent organisation skills 
• Strong communication skills and confident to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of seniority
