The Role

Your position as PA, with the support of an Admin will see you providing support to the Director & President of the organisation.

This role will be split 3 days in London and 2 days in Wisley, Surrey.

This is an extremely busy role, with no two days the same and ever-changing priorities.

Some of your responsibilities will have you:

• Liaise with high profile contacts (such as royalty) over the phone and in person
• Manage large scale events, organising guest lists etc.
• Coordinate calendar appointments and meetings
• Oversee a team of PAs and an Administration Assistant
• Support the leadership team and follow up actions
• Prepare agendas and documents for meetings

The Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Experience working as a PA at executive level
• Flexibility to work additional hours as required
• An interest in horticulture/gardening
