PA/Secretarial Team Leader to £45,000 + benefits

Our client, a cutting edge International law firm with a strong London presence, is offering a role as Secretarial Team Leader on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. You will act as PA to two Partners (purely in an organisational sense, not at all in a Legal Secretarial sense) and oversee a team of Legal Secretaries. You will be responsible for highlighting training needs, monitoring workflows, assisting with the recruitment of future support members, monitoring performance, dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues (with close assistance with the Head of Group). The firm really does have a special atmosphere to it, you only have to walk the floors once to feel it so if you are an experienced Secretarial Team Leader from a City law firm or similar professional services environment, we would certainly like to hear from you. The role is due to start late August.
