A fantastic new position has become available within a well established, highly successful and growing boutique recruitment firm recruiting into tech and finance. The role is a great opportunity as you will be a standalone office manager and also be taking on all the HR duties. You are actively encouraged if you haven't got it already to take you CIPD qualifications.  You must have had previous HR exp....

The duties will include ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times, negotiating fees for office supplies, running temp payroll, reporting on excel, looking at and reviewing contracts. There will also be some PA duties which will include booking travel to the US  and the Middle East, organising company trips and holidays, Christmas parties and other social events. You will be working in a sales environment so a thick skin and robust nature is needed,  you will have a good sense of humour.  The type of person that will fit in well to a recruitment firm is a quick thinking, problem solver who works well alongside other like-minded individuals, who wants to be part of a company that are all moving forward in the same direction. 

The ideal candidate will have previous office management /PA /HR experience within a Recruitment or sales enviroment. Be a motivated and hard working person who has a strong attention to detail, works well alongside others and can set processors in place. You MUST have very strong excel skills.
