EA - PARTNERS IN EQUITIES TEAM.

A global Private Equity firm who has a stunning office in the West End is looking to hire a highly professional EA to support at senior level. You will be supporting at Partner level and this will require you to have exceptional attention to detail, have a good knowledge of equities and ideally have previously worked within a PE Firm.  The is a unique opportunity to work within a now global PE firm that has a supportive and professional work environment. 

This position requires an outstanding EA who has exceptional knowledge of Private Equity, incredibly high standards and really goes the extra mile at all times. 

The role is supporting at Partner level and a small team. The position is diverse and includes business EA support as well as personal work.  Duties will include meeting coordination, travel arrangements across different times zones and for multiple team member, organising and co ordination events both internal and external.  The position is busy and will require a candidate who is able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into all aspects of the role. 

You will also be the team leader for 5 support staff and you must have had previous recent experience in doing this.

The ideal candidate will have worked supporting at senior level before and must be happy to support more than one person,  be organised, friendly, a good team player and able to work well with other PA's, have a good sense of humour and strong work ethic.

Previous experience with an investment firm is preferred.
