PA to CEO - Advertising Agency, Knightsbridge, SW1X

We are looking for an EA with experience of supporting at CEO or Senior Management level to support the CEO on a 1:1 basis. You will be proactively managing the CEOs diary, working with him to resolve diary conflicts, prioritise meetings, arranging complex travel itineraries, co-ordinating private and corporate events ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a hugely exciting role supporting a very senior and influential person. The CEO has been with the business for a number of years and is extremely well-respected and in turn he is looking for an ambassadorial figure to work alongside him. Working with the Senior EAs within the business, you are based on the corporate floor so it’s imperative you are professional and have the utmost discretion.

You will be used to a boss that travels extensively and be able to manage your own workload as well as adapting to an ever-changing schedule and diary. You will be a polished and proactive individual with at least 7 years solid PA or EA experience. Furthermore, you will have the emotional intelligence to understand the need for confidentiality and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. You are always one step ahead and know what is going on at all times. You will have a calm and considered personality with the gravitas to act assertively when necessary but the professionalism and charisma to ensure that you still have a smile on your face! A problem solver, you will have impeccable interpersonal skills and be flexible with working hours.
