PA - Fab Consumer PR Agency

My client is a leading Consumer PR agency, who are looking for a fantastic PA to join their cool London offices. You will be supporting one of the Directors, with ad hoc support to the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trendy and successful agency, alongside some of the best talent in the business!

As PA, your typical duties will include extensive diary management and meeting preparation, reconciling expenses and providing administrative support to the team on an ad hoc basis. You will organise a lot of travel, both domestic and international, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries. You will work alongside a team of PAs to coordinate events throughout the year.

You MUST have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a fashion or consumer environment. You must be a positive and enthusiastic character, and bring a good energy to the role. You must be excited by your work, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.
